Returns

At this time only damaged goods upon delivery qualify for returns or exchanges on online orders. If you have a question regarding one of our products before buying, please use the contact form on our site and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you receive damaged goods you must let us know within 3 days of receiving your package to qualify for an authorized return. To qualify for a return we will need you to take a photo of the product damage and send it to us at sweetteastation [at] gmail.com and we will be glad to help remedy the situation.

The product must include for valid returns 

  • Original packaging
  • Original Labels/Stickers intact
  • Must be protected against damage on shipment back to us
  • Return shipping costs and protection cost are non-refundable.

Most of our products leave our warehouse within 3-4 days from placing your order. Transit time may vary throughout the year. Please expect some delays around the holidays or for unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package(s) ship so please be sure to enter a valid email address when you place your order.
